LMP92066: Modern RF PA bias controller?

Hi!

I'm familiar with the LMP92066 for biasing RF PA devices for LDMOS. I think it can also be used for depletion mode devices (GaN). It's kind of an old part though and wondering what TI recommends for new designs. I do have experience with the AMC7904, but not sure if that's the one to use.

Suggestions?

Hi Matt,

The AMC7904 is what we would recommend here. It's similar to the LMP, but with double the outputs and configurable CLAMP voltages. If you have any questions on the AMC7904, let me know.

Yeah, I know about the AMC7904 and have used it in the past, but I don't see a datasheet or anything on TI's website.. Is the datasheet with a map of the NVM registers available?
