Hello team,
Do you have any data for long term stability of ADS9219 for INL or NDL?
This is my first time being asked for long term stability for ADC performance, and I dont even know if there are such data.
My customer is going to use REF70 for the voltage reference of ADS9219, and they understand that the majority of the long term stability would be affected by the voltage reference.
