ADS1291: IEC 60601-2-47 Input Impedance Test Failing

Part Number: ADS1291

Tool/software:

Hello,

We are developing a 3-lead ecg device based on the ADS1291. We have been conducting our own in house testing to the 60601-2-47 standard, and unfortunately we are failing on the Input Impedance test.

You can see in our results the point where we open 'S1' is location of the vertical lines are. From that point on we have visible amplitude modulation which at the worst points has about a 12% amplitude reduction compared to the previous signal.

Our Circuit:
On the other sheet there are 56K patient protection resistors in series with each electrodes.

Is there anything we can improve in the design to avoid this issue?
