Dear Team

The ADC12DJ5200RFEVM board is not functioning properly. I would like to request some assistance.

  • ADC EVM Board: ADC12DJ5200RFEVM

  • Main FPGA Board: TSW14J59EVM

  1. Calibration was completed using the ADC EVM GUI (followed the manual step by step).

  2. Firmware was successfully downloaded using the TSW14J59EVM GUI.

  3. After step 2, the driver for the PC connected to the ADC EVM board gets uninstalled unexpectedly.

  4. When clicking the "Update Temperatures" button in the ADC EVM GUI, an error code appears as shown in the attached image.

  5. When clicking the "Stop" button, the ADC EVM GUI unexpectedly closes.
