ADS9813: ADS9813 ADC can transfer data over the SPI at high speed to MCU?

ADS9813 ADC can transfer data over the SPI at high speed to MCU?

  

Our usage sampling rate is 1MSPS only. So is it possible to data transfer through SPI?

If it's not possible then can we use/interface DCKOUT, FCLKOUT, DO, D1,D2 and D3 with micro processor or micro controller?

Please guide me on this. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for your post. What kind of application are you planning to use ADS9813 in?

    The source synchronous interface used for data transfer is not compatible with SPI. You may only configure the device registers using SPI. We have only tested the data interface with an FPGA. The ADC may be used with MPUs/MCUs that have a PRU interface like the TI Sitara MPU/MCU devices. However, we have not tested this for ADS9813. I am linking the PRU solution used with the existing ADS85x8 device here. The Sitara team may be able to provide more details on this solution. I can loop them in if you would like.
