ADS124S08EVM: Register Device map is not loading.

Tool/software:

I got a ADS124S08EVM, installed the Delta-sigma ADC Evaluation Software, and also installed the ADS124S08-dvcpkg plug-in in our system.
All the hardware configurations are in default. I connected the EVM via USB to the system and started the GUI, it shows in the status bar as Hardware connected. Ready ... But still the Device register map is not loading.
I can open the Data Analysis tab but seems nothing there.

Someone please, help me out with this loading issue. Even USB is detected as Generic bulk device

Hello Pawan,

The USB driver is correct; the GUI is talking to the EVM, but it appears the ADC is not communicating with the rest of the EVM.

Please send a picture of the EVM board; I want to double-check all jumpers are in the correct positions.

Dear Keith Nicholas, Thanks for your response.

I'm using the EVM with the default configurations, I opened the kit powered it up via USB after installing the necessary software and plug-ins in the PC. I followed the datasheet and user guide, but It seems EVM is connected but register map is not loading.

However, as you asked, I'm posting the images of the EVM. Kindly Please help me out. Thank you.
