I am looking for a TVS diode.
The normal input signal range for the ADS8588S is ±10V, so we need to find a TVS diode with a minimum standoff voltage of 10V.
The absolute maximum input voltage for the ADS8588S is ±15V, so the maximum breakdown voltage must be less than 15V.
The SMCJ10CA meets both of these criteria, so it is a suitable TVS protection device.
Can you recommend a TI device to replace the SMCJ10CA?
