AMC131M03: Set up Problem with AMC131M03

Tool/software:

Hello Ti Team,

i have a big problem to configurate the AMC131M03 device.

I'm setting up the SPi communication with FPGA Xylinx Artix 7

ADC Clock 6.25 Mhz.

 I'm sending at first 2 configuration frames. After i send all the time NULL Frame.

1) Clock Div setting see frame number one below

2) DCDC see frame number 2

Could you please help me to find my failure!! Thanks in advance.
