    SMV2019 we are using this varactor diode want to control through PWM for different capacitor value

    Hi Ankita,

    I looked at the part details of the SMV2019 and as per my understanding operating voltage is around 0V to 20V. And there is no reverse bias current specification available in the data sheet, i would assume it would be very less (< 1uA).  

    Now can you confirm is this varactor diode be forward biased at any time in the final application? If yes that is the biased forward voltage and current ? is it 20mA or less ?
