DDS39RF12: DDS39RF12

Part Number: DDS39RF12

Tool/software:

Dear team,

A BIAS TEE (TCBT-123+) is used at location T1A and T3A which is at the differential output of DDS39RF12, we don't have enough space to incorporate in our PCB. Is it okay to have an normal LC circuit with 220nH inductor(CC19T40K240G5-C) & 0.1uF capacitor(ATC 560L104YTT) instead of using TCBT-123+.

  • The bias T is used as performance is good across wide frequency range which our eval board has to support. A discrete LC is ok to use also but you may have to tweak inductor value to achieve performance across frequencies. What you have seems like a good start point though, yes.

    Thanks
