ADS131M06: ENOB and DNL peformance

Hi Team,

We received a new ADC request from customer, could you please check below requirements to check if ADS131M06 is the best option?

By the way what is the DNL and ENOB of ADS131M06? I can't find in datasheet.

[Num. of Channels] ≥6,support differential input
[Resolution] enob≥16.5,if it is Mux structure, the first sample of this channel, ENOB can be 16.5 and the FSR is +_1 to 2.5V
[Sampling Rate] ≥8ksps,If mux structure, the polling rate should larger than 8ksps
[Control Bus] spi
[ADC Architecture] Sigma-Delta
[Integral Nonlinearity] ≤15ppm
[Differential Nonlinearity] ≤10ppm
[SNR] ≥100dB,typical@50Hz
[SFDR] 参考snr、thd
