ADC16DV160: Processing method of unused pin

Hi,

You should terminate each input pin to the common mode with a 500Ω resistor and tie the reference pins to the same values as the active channel reference pins. The output LVDS pins if left unused may cause glitches in the active channel data, so my recommendation would be to add 100Ω termination resistor placeholders and do not populate these in your design, that way you can test on an initial board to see if the 100Ω terminations are necessary or not in your particular layout.
