ADS6445: ADS64XXEVM AGND and DGND

Hello, 

We planning to use ADS6445 ADC.

What do we need to do with AGND and DGND. Do we need to connect a ferrite bead?

Can you please share ADS64XXEVM board file for our reference.

    Hi Muni,

    Treat AGND and LGND as a single GND. Splitting the ground planes for the ADC will cause ground return loop issues unlike a power supply IC where power GND and AGND should be separated and tied in a very specific location of the PCB. I recommend to pull all the AGND and LGND pins into the center ground pad. Ensure there are sufficient PCB GND layers through the stackup. I do not have an EVM board file for your reference unfortunately.
