Hi,
I am giving a 500KHz input signal with 1% duty cycle(20 ns) and the output is as given in image.
And When I give 500KHz input its almost 390-400KHz output signal after plotting. What may be the issue ?
I have checked at the input of the adc, the pulse of 500KHz with 1% duty cycle(20 ns pulse) measured in oscilloscope is fine.

Hi Karthik,
This design will not work. As you DC coupled and the +/-2.5 supply will not allow for a 2.0V VCM from the ADC.
Also, the single-ended termination is incorrect, therefore there is an imbalance in the amplifier's output.
This will distort the signal.
Pleas adjust the power supplies and termination scheme per below.
