DAC39RF10EVM: Request for DAC39RF10EVM-GUI v2.0.32 (previous version)

Part Number: DAC39RF10EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TSW14J59EVM,

Tool/software:

Dear TI Support Team,

I am currently evaluating the DAC39RF10EVM using the TSW14J59EVM board. I had previously installed DAC39RF10EVM-GUI version 2.0.32, which supports SPI register readback functionality.

However, the latest version v3.1.2, which is now the only available version for download, does not support this SPI readback feature. For our evaluation work, it is essential to have access to the older v2.0.32 version.

We have been advised by TI customer support in Japan to submit this request through the forum. Therefore, I kindly ask you to provide a copy or download link for DAC39RF10EVM-GUI v2.0.32, as we also need to install it on another PC in our lab.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,

tabe

  • Hi tabe,

Find version requested below. As this is a previous version, we cannot provide any support for any bugs which may appear.

    DAC39RF10-Installer-2.0.32.zip

Are you only wanting the command line interface so you can do individual register accesses? If so I can submit a request for this to be added into a future gui revision.

    Thanks, Chase

  • Dear Chase,

Thank you very much for providing DAC39RF10-Installer-2.0.32.zip. I understand and accept that no bug support is available for this version.

Regarding your question — yes, the primary reason we requested the previous version is indeed for the SPI register access functionality. The command line interface or any method that enables individual register reads and writes is very helpful for evaluation and debugging purposes.

We would definitely appreciate it if this feature could be reintroduced in a future revision of the GUI.

Thank you again for your support.

    Best regards,

    tabe
