ADS54J40EVM: HSDC Error: DDR to file timed out with KCU105 firmware.

Tool/software:

I am working on the reference design for ADS54J40EVM with KCU105 using KCU_TI_DHCP.bit file. 

I am assuming this should work for both 4 lanes and 4 lanes setting, but for me, it only runs for 8 lanes in HSDC Pro. 

8 lanes EVM config: LMK_Config_Onboard_983p04_MSPS; ADS54J40_LMF_8224. (Works fine) 

4 lanes EVM config_1: LMK_Config_Onboard_1024_MSPS  ; ADS54J40_LMF_4244 (does not work). 

4 lanes EVM config_2: LMK_Config_Onboard_983p04_MSPS  ; ADS54J40_LMF_4244 (does not work). 

HSDC Error: Read DDR to file timed out.
