ADC12QJ1600: IBIS model issue

What is the test structure you are using to get this eye diagram?  The reason I ask is that the eye diagram is indicative of a large discontinuity in your transmission line causing a reflection.

Thank you for your reply.

I deleted all vias and trace in my structure to verify the rising and falling time issue,just remain ADC12QJ1600 model and 100ohm termination.But the 200ps stage always exist,the picture i shared is under this simple structure.

I simulated with high speed serial data interface,D2+,D2-(pin E12,F12)

Please send us a screen capture on how the model was setup in your Hyperlabs SW tool.

Hi Jingke,

I would like to confirm, that the IBIS model you are using is only related to 

PLLREFO+- (J7, K7) and TRIGOUT+- (J9, K9). These pins require an external 100Ohm load in the simulation.

Looking at the pictures you sent, we can see the output pins e.g. E12 – D2+ being used.

These pins are not modelled in the IBIS model (the model name is NC “non connect” in the IBIS file).

The data outputs are covered in the IBIS-AMI model, please download that and use the IBIS-AMI if you are trying to simulate the JESD/SERDES digital outputs.

Where can i download the IBIS-AMI model which covered in the data outputs?

The model i used is downloaded from TI official website and named as "IBIS-AMI Model"  like below capture, output pins are set to NC.
