LM3671: Request for Higher Accuracy Alternative to LM3671MFX-3.3/NOPB

Hi,

We are currently using the LM3671MFX-3.3/NOPB in a new design. However, we are now looking for an alternative device with better output voltage accuracy (±2% or better) due to system requirements. Could you please recommend a suitable replacement that meets the following conditions?

  • Fixed 3.3V output

  • Output current: around 600mA

  • Switching frequency: approximately 1MHz

  • Package: Same as LM3671MFX-3.3/NOPB (SOT-23-5) or pin-compatible

  • Note: LDO regulators are also acceptable if they meet the above requirements

Since the PCB has already been fabricated, package and pin compatibility are critical.

    thanks for using E2E.

    We don't have a pin compatible alternative device.

    If you decide for a re-design then the TPS6282533DMQ would be a fixed 3.3V device for up to 2A output current in a 1.5-mm x 1.5-mm QFN package.

    If setting the output voltage with a single resistor would also be an option, then the TPS62808 or TPS628438 would be suitable 0.6A devices.
