Is there a specific heatsink you would recommend for use with this family of ADCs and if so, what would be the best way to attach this to the top of the device?

Hi Rajan,

No PN on the heat sinks are handy, since we are not fixing them on this particular ADC, there should be plenty of options though on the internet.

To attach to the top, I would use a sticky thermal pad.
