DAC39RF12EVM: DAC39RF12-EVM

Tool/software:

I am using the DAC39RF12EVM on a TSW14J59 EVM board. I am following the steps provided in DAC39RF12EVM. When I start J59_Server application, it shows the following error.

J59 Server communication error!

Check J59 server instance is running and listening on port 50000

How do you I go about this error??

HI Venu,

Please send over a screen shot of the error message so we can see.

Please verify the following, otherwise you will get a server error.

1) power to the TSW board

2) JTAG dongle is plugged into the TSW brd

3) You have Vivade tools installed

4) you have changed/updated the environment variables per the user guide

I had to reboot and reloaded the Software, now the J59 server is running. Thanks for your help. I am going to see if I could output a sinusoidal signal.
