Hello,

I am using the internal Vref of the IC. Could anyone please confirm if I need to use a 10uF or 0.1uF decoupling capacitor for the REFIO pin? In the layout guidelines, it is mentioned that I need to use 10uF, but everywhere else in the datasheet, 0.1uF is recommended.
