ADC12DJ5200RFEVM: How to reduce the noise floor @ 500mVpp full scale range in JMode3

Part Number: ADC12DJ5200RFEVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADC12DJ5200RF

Tool/software:

Hi team,

Currently, I'm utilizing the ADC12DJ5200RF EVM along with the ADCxxDJxx00 GUI.

We are using JMode3 to test the ADC's performance at a 5.5GHz input frequency with 4.8GSPS sampling frequency.
The noise floor is approximately 85 dBFs, the SNR is 51 dBFs, and the HD3 is 53.6 dBFs when testing with the default analog full scale range (800 mVpp).

The noise floor increased to 65 dBFs, SNR was 29 dBFs, and HD3 was 38 dBFs in the 500mVpp analog full scale range.
Due to this performance of the ADC was affected.

Could you clarify the relationship between the noise floor and the full scale range.  And also provide the solution to improve  SNR and  HD3 for the above configuration.
