AMC3336: HLDO High-side supply current for auxiliary circuitry

Part Number: AMC3336
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AMC3330

Tool/software:

Dear Team,

My customer is looking at the AMC3336, and is considering to use the HDL High-side supply current for auxiliary circuitry. In case of the AMC3336 datasheet, IH ( High-side supply current for auxiliary circuitry) is 1mA (max). But they would like to have a little more high-side supply current to drive the auxillary circuit.

In case of the AMC3330 datasheet, IH ( High-side supply current for auxiliary circuitry) is 1mA (max) at 3V =< VDD =< 4.5V and IH ( High-side supply current for auxiliary circuitry) is 4.3mA (max) at 4.5V =< VDD =< 5.5V.

The AMC3330 datasheet was changed from Revision A (October 2020) to Revision B (August 2024), and IH specification for 4.5V =< VDD =< 5.5V was added.

Can the AMC3336 have the same IH ( High-side supply current for auxiliary circuitry) as that of the AMC3330?

Best Regards,

Koshi Ninomiya
