DAC8552: Interfacing with AM2432 MCU

Hi Dave, 

The DAC uses SPI communication (SCLK, DIN/MISO, and nSYNC). It looks like the MCU has GPIO that can be configured as SPI ports. I am going to move this thread to the processors forum so they can help you with specifics of the SPI configuration. 

They'll move the thread back if you have any specific questions about the DAC later on.

Thank you.

The SOC Main or MCU peripherals are standard McSPI peripherals.

You need to check the compatibility which is unlikely in case the DAC did not implement standard protocol.

The question regarding usage of PRU-ICSS is to resolve this issue.
