    Hope you're well, thanks for your post. We have a 20-bit version of ADS9813, called ADS9803, in the pipeline. It is set to release in the next week or two. I will let you know when it is released. What kind of project are you planning to use it for?

    the end equipment is the ATE for Diode tester

    now we also survey the ADI/AD4858, Did you have the compare table between two?

    Hi Alex, 

    Thanks! The main difference is the competitor device has high input impedance (due to internal buffer) and a 40Vpp input range. ADS9803 has only 1Mohm input impedance and 24Vpp input range. If the ADS9803's input range works for your diode tester, our device will offer 2x faster sampling and ~30% more accuracy. I can email you a comparison slide.
