ADS131M04: ADS131M04 OSR Setting issue

Part Number: ADS131M04

Tool/software:

Project is in final stage ADS131M04 's all settings are updating   except OSR setting and getting response is fine using MSPM0.
To change the ADS131M04 's OSR default setting to 512 is not setting ,when read backed the OSR values showing only default value.

    Hi Baskar,

    Can you provide a logic analyzer plot showing the communication signals from/to the ADC when you sent the command to program the OSR? Another frame timing to get the response from the ADC will be helpful too.

    I have already mentioned the project is in the final stage with working of all the configuration of ADC through SPI interface and i have doubt the OSR configuration is not setting. When i  set "2" at "OSR" is configuration is not taking, but if set "1" configuration is taking and generating "8kSPS". Is it any sequence needed to follow for "OSR" configuration which i missing at the time of process.

    Hi Baskar,

    There is no special sequence to set OSR, however you can try to send the STANDBY command to put the device into standby mode before you program the OSR, then send WAKEUP command after programming the register is done.
