THS8136 Cable drive length

Considering using the THS8136 Triple DAC on a DM8136 output for RGB cideo output.

How can I determine the distance of coax I can use ( the coax is 75 ohm as seen in figure 2 of the datasheet on page 6  ). I see a table on page 6 that shows output voltage over full scale resistance. Can you assist in providing a formula to calculate the distance capable directly from this IC, based on a common cable type?

    Bryan,

    We have primarily use typical componet cable lengths, but you shoud be able to calculate signal attenuation with resistance per foot.  Cable capacitaince should also be considered since this could impact signal bandwidth and rise/fall times.  Cable with 75-ohm characteristic impedance and good shielding should be used.
