ADS7047: ADS7047-Q1EVM-PDK PHI interface

Part Number: ADS7047

Tool/software:

Does the PHI-EVM CONTROLLER include physical pull-up resistors or software-configurable ones?

Message:
Hi,

I'm working with the PHI-EVM CONTROLLER board included in the ADS7047-Q1EVM-PDK kit, and I need to confirm whether the digital lines—specifically SCLK and SDI/SDO—have physical pull-up resistors or if pull-ups can be configured via software.

Since the full schematic of the PHI-EVM is not publicly available, I would appreciate any technical details regarding:

  • The presence of physical pull-up resistors on the SPI lines.
  • Whether pull-ups can be enabled/disabled through software or jumpers.

This information is important to avoid signal conflicts when interfacing the board with external devices.

Thanks in advance for your support!
