ADC12DJ5200-SP: Difference between orderable part numbers

Part Number: ADC12DJ5200-SP

Tool/software:

The orderable part numbers for the ADC12DJ5200-SP are ADC12DJ5200ALRSHP and SN0144ALR-DC. The only clear difference between them is the operating temperature. However, the unit price changes from €49,189.83 in the first case to €852.806 in the second case.

What are the differences between these two part numbers? Is the second unit price a mistake?

    Hi Miguel, the SN0144ALR-DC is a mechanical sample of the ADC12DJ5200-SP we offer for customers for any qualification where the functionality of the ADC is not required, so they don't have to risk a very expensive device. ADC12DJ5200ALRSHP is the orderable space grade device so that's the reason for the price discrepancy.
