ADS8863: Welding issues

During the use of this chip, the following abnormalities were found:
1. SPI communication is not working;
2. Nonlinear data collection;
After our investigation, we found that there were basically no problems with the chips using reflow soldering. The probability of problems with the boards using manual soldering is high, so we suspect that the damage is caused by excessive soldering temperature.
The temperature for manual welding is around 350 degrees, but under the same conditions, no problems were found with other chips on the board. Please help analyze the cause

    Hi Zhang,

    Thanks for your post. I believe the max reflow temperature is 260C:

    If there was excessive moisture (i.e. stored in a humid environment) in the ADS8863 package, too high of a soldering temp without pre-baking the parts could lead to damage as well.
