DAC39RF10EVM: Issues when powering on and programming DAC usong FMC SPI

Part Number: DAC39RF10EVM

Tool/software:

Hello,

I am using a DAC39RF10EVM board with a ZCU102 eval board (using a FMC+ to FMC adapter) and I am noticing a couple issues:

1) If I have the EVM board connected and the power switch is set to external power, the ZCU does not boot into petalinux nor is the PL programmed. If the board is connected and the switch is set to FMC poeer, the ZCU boots but I can't read backany values from the chips using the FMC SPI. The only way I get things to somewhat work (see ny other posts) is by disconnecting the EVM, powering on the ZCU, letting it boot, and then conmevting the EVM back.

2) I cannot get the copi and cipo signals to show up on the DAC_ side of U36 when using the FMC mode. When I check the testpads from the FMC connector (FMC_) I see the singals coming from the FPGA correctly so they are just not going through U36. Clock and CS work fine. All signals show on the DAC side of U36 when using USB communication.

Any help would be appreciated.

Best regards,
