Tool/software:
Hello all,
Just like Lei Zhou in this post:
I find myself completely in the dark about details around the ADC32RF55EVM that would be easily answered with a schematic. The manual that IS on the product page is pretty useless if you have ever used a PC before, since the TI software is plenty straightforward, and any kind of schematic or gerbers are not up on the page. I'd be fine with the latter if the manual was more detailed.
To be able to determine whether buying several of these EVM for the trial phase of our project makes any sense I need to know what place the signals end up on the FMC connector, how many inputs there are, what baluns are used, how they connect, how they route, etc. Since we need to use very specific host systems (that do, luckily have FMC interconnect, but not all options on all places) for very specific purposes.
Unfortunately the link in the post above by Chase W is no longer valid ("Could not find shared item. It has been either moved or deleted, or the link has expired.") with the final ?| included, and without: same result.
Is there anyone who can help?
And while we're at it, are there TI employees skulking here who could bump this issue internally that the usability of the platform for engineers working on a very specific system, is hampered by the lack of documentation, public or behind a log-in wall alike.
Before I told them I had a TI account I could use, my colleague was already prepared to just chuck it and go elsewhere because validating this option was too much of a hassle just with the manual and a picture or two.
