DAC43508: Pull-up for CLR pin

Tool/software:

Customer is using DAC43508 with 10kohm, 3.3V pull-up for CLR pin. but there is issue with cleared to Incorrectly judged it low, the internal setting is cleared, and the output goes to 0V.

Could you please tell us the recommended pull-up resistance value? Or directoly connect with 3.3V would work for this?

The link does not work because it was posted on our TI only internal forum on behalf of the customer. Here is the response:

Can you clarify what is meant by clear/reset event. Those are different things. The clear would only affect the DAC output register. Can the customer read back the DEVICE_CONFIG register and check if the PDN bits have also been reset to the default? If that register has also been reset then we need to make sure there was not a supply dip on VDD that caused the part to reset.

I am not finding an exact impedance spec, but the pin is hi-z. There is no internal pull up/down. You can directly tie the pin to 3.3V if the clear pin us unused.
