Is there any PSpice model available? The web site has only a TINA-TI model.

Hi Rafi,

Unfortunately there is no PSpice model for this device. In general, ADC models will only include the analog side of the device. This can be modelled with passive components in any SPICE simulation software. I'll link a video below for guidance on building and simulating the internal model of an ADC. It applies to TINA-TI SPICE, but can apply to any other software as well.
