I am in the practical semester and search for a new ADC for a project. The ADS1254 seems suitable, but I didn't find the SNR in the data sheet.

David is correct that the SNR is the signal to noise ratio, the signal of course depends on the specific signals for your application, and the noise values are given in the datasheet
Additionally, SNR is generally used to quantify the ADC performance when measuring AC signals. However, the ADS1254 is generally used for DC signal measurement because it has a low bandwidth sinc filter.
If you can tell us more about what your system is doing / what is the application, what signals you are trying to measure, and any other important specifications / features, we can probably suggest a suitable device
