Tool/software:
I connected the TSW14J59EVM to the DAC39RF12EVM and selected the TSW14J59EVM board in HSDC Pro (v5.31).
When I try to update or load the firmware, I always get the error message:
"No firmware. Please select a device to load firmware into the board."

OS: Windows 11 (64-bit)

HSDC Pro version: 5.31 (64-bit)

Power: The board is properly powered on

USB: Connected directly to the PC (no USB hub used)
Could you advise what could be causing this and how to resolve it?
