Hi IronChef Han,
Typically you would calculate the total error by summing the INL, gain error, offset error, and reference error using the root sum of squares (RSS) method. This gives you a good estimate of the total unadjusted error (TUE). You can also add in drift specs if you'd like to give a more complete view over temperature. It is possible to add in sensor errors as well, but this is outside the scope of what we typically do. It really depends on what you are trying to achieve with these calculations.
