Hello Sir/Mam,

We have purchased ADS127L18 EVM board but unable to connect to the software due to nonfunctioning of provided PHI controller card. Could you please help us to resolve the issue ASAP. We also raised a case againt this case ID is CS2914806. The invoice number from mouser is 85122759.

    Can you help us understand more about the specific issues you are facing? Screenshots of any error messages, pictures of the board, any troubleshooting steps you have already tried? It is not clear to us what the actual problem is, so we aren't able to provide much help without additional information. Please be detailed so we can resolve your issue as quick as possible

    Also, please note that all EVMs are tested with their controller cards before they are kitted and stocked, so we can confirm that this board was functional at that point

    Hi Bryan,

    We are experiencing a critical issue while interfacing the ADS127L18EVM board with the provided software. The error message displayed is: "No PHI detected."

    To troubleshoot, we tested the setup using another PHI controller card that we had previously purchased for the ADS127L18EVM board. That card works correctly, confirming that the EVM board and software are functioning as expected.

    This indicates that the newly supplied PHI controller card is faulty or incompatible. The issue is causing significant delays in our project timeline, and we urgently request your support to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

    Please advise on the next steps or provide a replacement for the defective PHI controller card at the earliest.

    Thanks for providing the requested information.

    Just so I understand (please confirm / deny):

    • You have two ADS127L18EVM-PDKs (that is 2x ADS127L18EVMs + 2x PHI cards)?
      • If not, how did you procure a second PHI controller card? These are not sold individually, only as part of an EVM package. And if you only have 1x ADS127L18EVM, why do you need 2x PHI controller cards?
    • You have confirmed that one PHI card works with both ADS127L18EVMs?
    • You have confirmed that the other PHI card does not work with either ADS127L18EVM?

    Can you send us pictures of both PHI controllers connected to both EVMs? You do not need to turn on the GUI for these pictures, just make sure that they are powered through USB (and connected directly to your PC, not through a USB hub). Please make sure the entire EVM + PHI + USB cable is visible in all pictures
