Part Number: DAC80501

Hello, can someone tell me what the difference is between DAC80501MDQFR vs DAC80501ZDQFR, and DAC80501ZDQFR vs DAC80501ZDQFT?  I cannot find where this is explicitly called out.  Thank you.

    These are the same functional part. T/R denotes the max reel size. You can order any quantity of devices with either part number, but the R part number will come in one reel if you need greater than 250 devices.

    These are functionally different parts with different default values for the reset select setting. Or the code the DAC will power up to after a power cycle or a reset command. The M device defaults to a reset to mid-scale and the Z device defaults to a reset to zero-scale.
