AFE4490: Clock frequency of AFE4490 - reg

Hi Team,

We're using AFE4490 in our application.

Shall we provide clock frequency of 8.192MHz instead of 8MHz to SPO2 AFE?

In datasheet, it was mentioned that the External clock frequency with 10% tolerance allowed.
