ADC128D818: Low power mode

Hi team, 

For the low power mode, the ADC will take 728ms to finish. I want to understand the whole process. How many steps are there? For each step, low long will it take? 

My guess:

Step(1) convert all enabled channels and store the results to registers. how many ms? 

Step(2) enter shutdown mode. how many ms?

    Hi Naizeng,

    I don't have specific timings available for this mode. What is the goal of knowing these timings? From a usability perspective, there is no way of shortening or prolonging this conversion time in Low Power Conversion Mode.
