Thank you Katlynne but in the documentation I could not find the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of the package.  Do you have that information or can you tell me if it was in one of the files provided?

We don't typically provide information about CTE. We can reach out to the packaging team to see if they can give us an estimated averaged CTE for the part.

These are fortunately in the datasheet. 

ΘJC(top) = 30.2 °C/W
ΘJC(bot) = 3.7 °C/W
