    Hi Smitha,

    Most of the thermal data you are looking for with regard to the ADS8332 is located on this website:

    The Theta Jx numbers are package specific so you can use 'All' for the package Group and TSSOP for the Package Type (use All for the K option as well).  Scroll down the page to the 24 PW package and clock on the 'PLOT' link to the right.  Specifics on the typical and MAX power dissipation of the ADS8332IPW are in the data sheet on page 4 of the data sheet under the Power-Supply Requirements heading.
