Tool/software:

This product is DC23+. We used it on the machine. The initial test of 1pcs was fine, but after about one minute, it couldn't be tested normally and the TSW board needed to be restarted
The 4PCSZ test is not running. Could you please help confirm the reason for the above and how to solve it? Thank you

Hi Li,

Can you please advise what device (ADC or DAC) you are using in this TSW EVM for your evaluation?

This TSW board is not recommended for newer devices.

We are using an ADC, and the ADC board is used in conjunction with this TSW board
It is mainly used for signal collection

What is the part number of the ADC?

Are you sure you have the recommended data capture board for the ADC?

That is what I need to check first.

Hi Li,

Please use/order the TSW14J57EVM.

This is the proper data capture board for this EVM.

The J50 data capture brd will not work and there is no supported FW for this.

Hi Li,

We do not have any FW for this data capture board and have not supported it for many years.

We have obsoleted this board as well.

If you plan to move forward with the ADC12j2700EVM then you will need a TSW14J57EVM for the data capture.

This board has recently obsoleted as well, due to the FPGA being obsoleted from the manufacture. However, I can work with you offline to get you a board.

Please advise.
