Which tools is better to install for DAC8760EVM?

I downloaded both tools, these seems to be same.

    I'm not sure why there are two different versions of the DACx760EVM software, but they both do look like they are basically the same.

    In this case, I would use the DACx760EVM-SW download to run the device. It looks to be a newer build of the software, from 8/14/2018 vs 8/13/2018.
