ADS131E08: overshoot undershoot at ADC power supply line

Tool/software:

We are using +2.5V and -2.5V dual power supply for ADS131E08 and for VEE supply we are using IBB configuration.

In our testing we observed overshoot and undershoot on -2.5V supply coming from IBB configuration for the short duration as per below waveform ( +0.2V undershoot and overshoot of -2.84V for VEE supply ) .

Is there any problem for ADC ADS131E08 due to this short duration overshoot and undershoot ? as this limits are on threshold of absolute maximum limit mentioned in datasheet

Definitely the specification in the Absolute Maximum Ratings table should be followed to avoid any potential damage or reliability degradation. However, are you checking ADS131E08 datasheet? below is the table from ADS131E08 datasheet on TI.com, it indicates that minimum -3V negative power supply can be applied to AVSS.
