I have encountered an issue where, during the device power-up sequence, Channel 1 exhibits a mid-level voltage during ADC sampling for approximately 2 seconds. Subsequent investigation revealed that the voltage source connected to Channel 1 powers up earlier than the ADS7961 itself, resulting in leakage current. Could this potentially cause damage to the chip? Alternatively, are there other methods to resolve this issue? I look forward to your response. Thank you.
