Which register can I change to set mode 1? I couldn't find CPOL or CPHA in the datasheet.

" Mode 1 is recommended (CPOL=0,CPHA=1) for this ADC family, and the falling edge of SCLK can be used to capture data shown as below"

    Hello Nishie, 

    There is no register to configure the device to mode 1 (CPOL=0,CPHA=1), that is just the SPI mode that is recommended to use with this family of devices, to ensure the timing requirements are met.
