Tool/software:
I designed DAC161S997 for 4-20mA Output circuit refering your EVN and datasheet. But we could not see any output current between Loop+/Loop- .Please check the circuit diagrm in below and give your advice.
If you can find any, please let me know. It is urgent request from our customer. It seems DACCODE setting is okay.

I'm sorry, I didn't have a chance to answer this last week - I was out of the office.
For this circuit, what does the current from the loop settle to? Is the current 0mA?
The only thing I see right now is that COMA and COMD should be at the same potential or connected. They are shown as connected in the block diagram on page 1 of the data sheet. Can you please check your circuit to make sure that COMA and COMD are not floating in relation to each other?
