Request for Automotive-Grade Alternatives for DAC5689IRGCT and TRF370417IRGER

I am currently using the following components in a design intended for automotive applications:
- DAC5689IRGCT
- TRF370417IRGER
Upon reviewing the datasheets and product pages, I noticed that these parts are catalog-grade and do not appear to be qualified to AEC-Q100 or marked as automotive-grade.
Could you kindly confirm:
- Whether automotive-grade or military versions of these components are available.
- If not, could you suggest automotive-grade replacements or functionally equivalent parts that meet AEC-Q100 standards?
- Availability of PPAP documentation and other automotive compliance details for the suggested alternatives.
